How do I include my profile URL in my email auto-reply or vacation message?
Each mail client is different and sometimes companies have alternate systems for users to update auto-replies / vacation messages. Assuming you have accessed the auto-reply / vacation message set up, simply include your profile URL in the message, for example:
Dear Sender,
Thank you for your message. I am currently out of the office on business until 28th September. For the latest information on my whereabouts in addition to my contact details and availability please visit http://www.myvector.info/john.
Kind regards
John Smith
CEO ACME Inc.
Alternatively you may wish to embed your profile URL in text using the myvector tag line - 'see where i am using myvector', for example:
Dear Sender,
Thank you for your email. I am currently out of the office on business until 28th September.
